7-Day Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product is defective or not functioning properly
  • The wrong item was delivered

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The shipping label
  • The condition of the product and accessories inside

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products/items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or physical damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Products specifically marked as “Non-Returnable”
  • Software, digital products, or downloadable items

Replacement Policy

If the returned product is verified as defective or damaged, we may provide:

  • A replacement product, or
  • Store credit, depending on stock availability

Replacement processing may take 3–7 business days after product verification.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A replacement product is unavailable
  • The order is cancelled before shipment
  • The return request is approved after inspection

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless:

  • The wrong product was shipped, or
  • The product arrived damaged

Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.

Certified Refurbished Products

Some products sold on our store are certified refurbished/pre-owned products. These products undergo quality testing and inspection before dispatch.

Minor cosmetic signs of previous usage may be present unless otherwise mentioned in the product listing.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
